West Olive was founded by Thibault Nicholl, a former talent agent with an eye for design. Thibault spent 10 years representing cinematographers, editors, ADs and designers in both London and Los Angeles.

Early in his career, Thibault noted that clients with a good personal website had a much higher success rate when it came to securing interviews and, ultimately, employment. He understood that, just like a well-crafted CV, a website needs to look and work a certain way to be effective when pitching to producers, directors or production execs.

Now at the helm of West Olive, Thibault draws on his decade of dealings as an agent to create websites that are effective in promoting you, your production or your clients within this beautiful mess we call the film industry.
